Insurance Policy

 

  1. Part of the registration process requires you to fill out the registration forms supplied, plus players & parents must read the: ‘Cover provided’ and ‘How to claim’ sections of the IEA Brokers p/l insurance policy.
     

  2. Hockey Queensland has negotiated insurance to cover all participating hockey clubs for various levels of risk as outlined on their website
