NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR OFFICE FOR SEASON 2018

Nominations are now called for Hockey Burleigh Officers and Committees for the 2018 season to be elected/appointed at the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park Surf Lifesaving Club on Monday 5th of February commencing at 6.30pm

Please email any nominations to Secretary Sandra Devine hockeyburleighsecretary@gmail.com by the 22nd of January.

Nominations are called for the following positions in accordance with the Rules and Constitution of Hockey Burleigh Club (Incorporated).

President

Senior Vice-President

Junior Vice-President

Treasurer

Assistant Treasurer

The success of any club relies on the hard work of its volunteers and as the fortune cookies will tell you, ‘many hands make light work’. More support at a committee level would be welcomed by those of you who have the time. Meetings are initially held monthly at the Surf Club, it would be great to see some new faces there.
